“Sunlight filters through the trees to the lush jungle floor below. A small Resplendent Quetzal perches quietly upon a moss covered branch. A young Margay slumbers below in the soft warm light.”

For the SCBWI 2009 LA Conference made the completed book dummy for Stalking the Elusive Quetzal. The story stars my character Xcaret the margay and an unsuspecting resplendent quetzal.
